Benjamin R. Troglia has over 20 years of experience in Claims, Safety and Risk Management.   Benjamin served as a Claims and Risk Manager for a large national insurance company and for the largest trucking company in North America. Additionally, Benjamin has significant experience in Property Damage, Liability, Subrogation and Safety.

Benjamin has a proactive commitment for prevention of serious accidents.  He specializes in coaching, teaching, and mitigating techniques to instill behavioral changes that produce sustainable results and has taught the Smith System Driving Skills. Furthermore, he has created training safety materials to promote, teach, and counsel drivers.

Benjamin has an extensive background in residential, commercial and transportation projects.   He has managed mitigation reports from forecasting driving behaviors by law enforcement citations and DOT inspections.  He also has extensive experience in reconciling property, subrogation, hazmat, and cargo losses.

Benjamin has developed, managed, and audited driver entries for lean supply chain and transportation prerequisites.   This interface of drivers has enabled an improvement in safety and the removal of potential driving hazards between supplier and consignee.  

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Programs from Arizona State University a Master of Business Administration Degree in International Business from Western International University. 

Mr. Troglia is a proud Navy Veteran during the Gulf War and is fluent in English and Spanish.
