Director of Risk

Ray is our Director of Risk with over 23 years of public service. Ray leads a team of experienced risk management professionals, focusing on RMA/Reseco’s Vision and Operational goals to provide the client with current and insightful Risk and Safety strategies. Ray specializes in Crisis & Emergency management planning, strategic cultural improvement through rigorous evaluation and best-practice assessment, situational awareness training, and critical behavioral observations. Ray provides positive feedback and coaching as a means to target and change organizational safety and risk opportunities. The goal of the RMA team is to provide the client with world-class safety & risk guidance on both the strategic and tactical levels. Ray provides key services which include behavioral safety process development, performance management systems and the integration of risk management techniques into current organizational guidelines. Ray is a Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In his down time, Ray loves to spend time with his wife and 4 children, as well as traveling, weightlifting, and cooking.
